The American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association and Divabetic have joined together in a historic collaboration to encourage the prevention and early detection of cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. “Everyday Choices For A Healthier Life” brings care, praise and education to the community through gospel music.
Collectively, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke account for nearly two out of every three deaths in America today We will be inviting six to ten church choirs, two church praise dance groups, two mime performers and one spoken word performer to perform on the Apollo stage. Volunteer at the Divabetic booth.
