Our star-studded, rhinestone encrusted diabetes outreach program, Diva-4-EverTM focuses on four essential aspects of diabetes self-care we feel will help to improve the health and well being of women affected by diabetes. The four aspects are self-confidence, food, fitness and teamwork. Because our intent is to motivate as well as to entertain each aspect of diabetes self-care has been transformed into a fabulous “diva” walk around character. Our four fabulous divas seek to help women at risk, affected by and/or living with diabetes and their loved ones to better understand how to manage their care in a fun way.

Each one of these luscious Las Vegas Showgirl-style ladies delivers a key message (“Dine like a Diva”, “Move like a Diva”, “Feel like a Diva” and “Talk like a Diva”) to help motivate women affected by diabetes to strive to enjoy the “glamorous life” (a life without complications.) The concept is to show women that the ability to effectively manage their diabetes is within their reach. Participants are encouraged to nurture their own inner divas regarding these four aspects of self-care. In this way, we feel we can impart our participants with a raised level of self-confidence in their ongoing self-care efforts. After visiting our area, we will encourage our attendees to follow up with their health care team and determine a personalized plan of action.
